We need partners in our effort to celebrate and spread the word about contemporary YA fiction. Here are some great ways readers and book lovers of all ages can get involved.

1. Teens, Join the Conversation

Visit us often! We want to talk to you and we LOVE hearing from you! So please read and comment on the blog posts. Let us know what contemporary books you've enjoyed and what books you're looking forward to.

2. HS Teachers & Librarians, Share & Recommend Books

Visit us often! You make the world a better place, sharing your love of books and reading with your students. We hope you'll spread the word about The Contemps and our site with other teachers, librarians, and most of all, the teens you see every day. Let them know contemporary fiction is alive and well and we need everyone who loves contemporary YA to get involved.

You can help us continue to get contemporary YA literature into the hands of voracious readers by recommending your favorite realistic reads, stocking the shelves with great contemp titles, and hosting author events that draw more customers to your stores and to the contemporary YA shelves!
